Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada and the USA.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be ready to ship! Thrifting takes time, and I want to make sure you love everything. After your items are dropped at the post, how fast they get to you will depend on your country/the shipping method you have chosen. Shipping times are listed with the shipping options at checkout! (All times are estimates, some shipping times may be longer or shorter).
Will my order have tracking?
All orders are sent with tracking.
What if my package is lost or gets damaged?
Once your package is with the post office, it is unfortunately out of my hands/control (though I wish I could hand deliver it to you). Please contact me directly if your package is lost or arrives damaged and I will file a claim through Canada post to get you a refund!
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
All sales are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you have any issues please reach out so we can come to a resolution.
What if there are fees when I get my order?
Any customs or other fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
