Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes! Unless you order only CDs & choose "Untracked Lettermail" as your option at checkout, all orders will come with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link after your item(s) are shipped.
What is "PO Box Shipping" and why is it more expensive?
PO Box shipping is for individuals who will be ordering items to a PO Box instead of a full address. This shipping is more expensive due to restrictions on which services are able to deliver to PO Boxes. Canada post is the only available option, and is more expensive than my usual carrier "Chit Chats". Please choose this shipping option at checkout if you are ordering to a PO Box.
Is my package insured if something goes wrong?
Yes! Insurance is included for ALL packages, including untracked packages. If you have an issue with your order (ex. It wasn't delivered but says it was, items came broken) please reach out to me with any info I will need to reach out to the carrier and start the claim process with them.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately for the time being, the website is Canada only. Though I hope to expand shipping options in the future.

We do not accept any refunds, or returns. So please make sure you read all descriptions to see conditions of items, as well as sizing specifics. For any mystery bundles, please be aware that I will always do my absolute best to get you items that you will love! However, there is always a chance you may not love everything chosen.
Cancellations
Mystery Bundles:
Cancellations accepted within 3 hours after purchasing themed bundles, or within 3 days for personalized bundles (as long as you have not yet filled out your form, as once you do, I will start shopping for you).
Regular Items:
Cancellations accepted within 3 hours after your purchase.
